REFUNDS & RETURNS
I strive to make beautiful functional pottery. I hope that each piece of pottery will be loved and cherished by its owner. However, if you are unhappy with your Gillybean purchase, please notify me within 7 days of the delivery date to arrange a return. If an item is no longer desired, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items purchased 'on sale' or items made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
In an unlikely event the item arrives broken, please, retain the original packaging and photograph both the packaging and damaged piece. Please send these photos to me by email - gillybeanpottery@outlook.com. I can either send a replacement or offer a refund. (Please note that items can take up to 6 weeks to make, so if items are in stock a replacement will be faster than if a particular piece has sold out. I will contact you if any such delay might occur to enable you to select a refund or an alternative item).
